Peggo Fonts — Licensing

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

DESKTOP VERSION

This EULA is a legally binding agreement between the Licensee (you) and “Peggo Fonts” (hereinafter “the Foundry”), governing the use of the font software (hereinafter “the Software”). The Software is copyrighted material owned by Pedro González (the Foundry’s owner) and protected under intellectual property and copyright laws.

LICENSE GRANT:

Upon purchase of the Software, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Install the Software on one (1) computer or device (additional installations require a separate license).
Use the Software for commercial purposes.
Use the Software in traditional desktop applications (e.g., graphic design, office software).
Install the Software on one (1) personal mobile device (e.g., phone or tablet).
Use the Software with any number of printers or output devices.

You are NOT allowed to:

Transfer, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Software with third parties.
Embed the Software in documents, servers, apps, files, or webpages (e.g., CSS @font-face).
Use the Software for live streaming, video production, e-books, or app development.
Use for Artificial Intelligence (forward “AI”) generative material, AI training or any activity related to AI.
Modify or delete the font name, authorship, or copyright metadata within the font file.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or alter the Software’s code.

DELIVERY FORMAT

The Software will be provided in .OTF (OpenType Format). For other formats email us at info@peggofonts.com

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE FOUNDRY OR ITS OWNER BE LIABLE FOR consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or lost savings.

WARRANTY

If the Software is defective, malfunctioning, or outdated, the Foundry will provide a repaired, replaced, or updated version at its discretion. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

TERMINATION

Violation of this EULA terminates your license immediately. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of Chile, and both parties agree to comply with applicable international intellectual property treaties, including:

The Berne Convention (protection of literary and artistic works).
The TRIPS Agreement (Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights, under the World Trade Organization).
The WIPO Copyright Treaty (digital rights and anti-circumvention protections).

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Chile, unless otherwise mandated by law.
